We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was only a few minutes walking distance from the train station in a mountainous area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they gave us a detailed explanation of the hotel facilities and the onsen arrangements with great hospitality. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area, in-room safe. We also enjoyed the dining experience, with a restaurant offering special diet menus, a bar/lounge area, and a snack bar. The leisure spa & wellness center was a great feature, with sauna, jacuzzi, and various massage options available. We even found entertainment in the karaoke and the garden area!
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

During our relaxing stay at the onsen hotel, we found the location to be great, only a short walk from the train station and close to traditional Japanese alleyways with small shops. the ryokan cafe had a great spread of food for both dinner and breakfast, and the staff was always polite and attentive. the indoor and outdoor onsens were spacious and clean with lockers and complimentary toiletries available. We loved the Japanese futon room with sweeping views of the surrounding area and the yukatas provided for us to wear.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean and well-maintained onsen, and the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was convenient, as it was close to the train station and restaurants in town. It was also situated on a hill, providing a beautiful view of the city.
Everything is exactly what I wanted in a hotel.

Spent Easter weekend at a wonderful onsen ryokan. the room on a high floor had a magnificent view of the surrounding area. the best aspect was the variety of food, both Japanese and Western cuisine, with clear English labeling. the three onsens with clear and brown water were very relaxing. With toiletries and yukata provided, I could travel lightly.
Although the staff was quite friendly and helpful, the unstable wifi signal in the rooms was annoying. although the hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the train station, it was hard to find direction and easy to get lost.
